Obtaining permits is a critical step in moving forward with a project. The time required to complete an application and agency review is difficult to predict. In addition, public review and possible objections can delay action on the application for substantial periods of time. Environmental Regulatory Services has extensive experience in facilitating application review and resolving objections by third parties.

We offer consulting services. On occasion, we assist legal counsel for the project, particularly where our experience will be of benefit to the client.
